Ervin Clark, 80, of Grandview, died Friday, Feb. 11, at the Cumberland Medical Center.

A lifetime resident of this area, he was the son of the late Benjamin and Rachel Clark.

He was a retired construction worker with McKinnon Bridge Co. and was a veteran of WW II, having served in the U. S. Army. He was of the Baptist faith.

Mr. Clark was preceded in death by his daughter Carol Henry, and nine brothers and sisters.

Survivors include his wife Barbara Baldwin Clark, Grandview; daughters Leona Monday, Hixson; Roberta Reed, Grandview; Janie Yearwood, Dayton; Macky Mills, Dayton; Allison Clark, Grandview and April Thompson, Spring City; sons Doug, Sam and Curtis Clark of Spring City, George, Vernon, Troy and Jason Clark of Grandview; 13 brothers and sisters, 33 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Monday at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Vaughn Funeral Home with Reverends Dwight and Stephen Zimmerman officiating. Interment followed in the Spring City Cemetery with full military honors.

The family will recieve friends at the funeral home from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. today. Vaughn Funeral Home, Spring City, was in charge of arrangements.
