Carl Thomas Brinegar, age 72, of Clay City, passed away Saturday, October 13, 2010, after a long illness. He was born September 9, 1940 in Estill County, the son of the late Robert and Bertha Campbell Brinegar. He was a carpenter and had lived in Estill County most of his life. He was a member of the Church On The Rock Full Gospel Baptist.
