B_____ Harper who was head of household on First St., Point Pleasant. Also recorded were Pearl (might be Lulu) Harper, 47, born OH; Lena Harper, 20, born WV; Ross Harper, 18, born WV. O.B. was an undertaker. The accuracy of this information is questionable, and the ages don’t match the two children listed in 1910 and 1930. The principal reason for believing this is Orlan is that in the 1910 and 1930 Censuses, Orlan was living next door to his brother Lee (nee Leander) Harper, and Lee is listed very close to O.
