Two deaths occurred at the soldiers' home hospital over Sunday, both members by the name of Owens, but unrelated--one a veteran, and the other a veteran's widow.

Bronchial pneumonia was the cause of the death of Henry D. Owens, who died this morning at 6 o'clock. Mr. Owens had been a member of the home since March 19, 1912, coming from Knoxville.

He was born in Kent County, Delaware, January 16, 1831, and enlisted in Company G. Fifteenth Iowa Infantry, October 21, 1861, at Knoxvile. He was discharged at Davenport November 24, 1864. Mr. Owens was a widower, but leaves no children. Two brothers survive him. They are Guy, of Dallas, and John N., of Jerico Springs, Missouri. The body will be shipped this evening to Knoxville for burial.
