The funeral services for Joseph J. Bragdon, who was found dead in his bed Sunday morning, will be held this morning at the residence, 2218 King Street, Colonial Heights at 11 o'clock, with interment in Elmwood Cemetery. The Rev. L. M. Lightfoot will conduct the service.
Mr. Bragdon was 83 years of age and leaves his widow and six children as follows, S. J. Bragdon of Dallas, Texas, J. L. Bragdon of Mullins, Mrs. L. M. King of Sumter, Mrs. G. T. Strickland of Raleigh, and Misses Ethelyn and Ezzeite Bragdon of Columbia. He is survived by one brother, J. B. Bragdon of Mulberry, Fla.
Mr. Bragdon was a Mason and members of the order will act as pallbearers and have supervision over the service.
