Mr. Manning entered into eternal rest on September 29, 2012 after a brief illness.
He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Mary, 4 daughters, 7 sons, 1 sister, and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
