He is survived by his parents: one son; Jonathan Michael Bradshaw, Science Hill, Kentucky: one daughter; Candace Lynn Bradshaw (and Steven) Lay, Shelbyville, Kentucky: one stepdaughter; Kellie (and Travis) Morrow, Somerset, Kentucky: two sisters; Connie Bradshaw Hall, Somerset, Kentucky and Christie Bradshaw, Burnside, Kentucky: 2 grandchildren; Jeremia “Seth” Ping and Dylan Steven Lay: several aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins and many special friends: his fiancée; Mary “Cathy” Brewster, Burnside, Kentucky.
He was preceded in death by one sister; Carolyn Bradshaw Beasley.
