It states:

The funeral of Mrs. Mary H. Bemis, who died on November 21 at the home of her son, R. A. Bemis at Akeley, was held from the Congregational church at that place last Friday. The remains were, taken to Foreston, Minn., for interment. Deceased was 68 years of age and is survived by 12 children, two daughters and 10 sons.

Mary Melissa was born in Monroe County, Michigan. According to Ancestory.com her date of birth was October 1, 1839, however, her death index card states that she was 68 years old, 6 months and 20 days - Date of birth would have been April 30, 1839
She was the daughter of John B Beden and Margaret Moore. In the 1850 census, her family is living in Michigan -
John Beadon; 33 years, farmer
Margarett; 32 years
Mary; 11 years
Catharine; 9 years
Lovisa; 7 years
John O; 4 years

Sometime between 1850-1854, her parents and siblings moved to Minnesota.
She married Clark S. Bemis on December 7, 1854 in Hennepin County, Minnesota.
In the 1860 census, Clark and Mary were living in Wabasha, Minnesota and in 1865, they were living in Crystal Lake, Hennepin County, Minnesota.

In 1862, her husband, Clark, received a US General Land Grant in Mille Lacs County, Minnesota. (listed under the name of Clark Bennis).
In the 1870 & 1880 census, they were living in Greenbush township, Mille Lacs County, Minnesota. (Town of Estes Brook)

Her husband, Clark served in the Civil War from August 15, 1864 and was discharged June 26, 1865. After his death in 1894, Mary applied for Widow's pension benefits and her application was approved on April 20, 1896.

Abraham Lincoln Bemis, born August 29, 1866 in Mille Lacs County, Minnesota. Died July 29, 1929 in San Jose, California.

Their son, Jessie was a twin and that baby (believed to be a girl) died, probably at birth

Her date of birth was changed from October 1, 1839 to April 30, 1839. According to her death card from the MN Historial Society, she was 68 years old, 6 months and 20 days. This would make her date of birth April 30, 1839.

He has no grave marker. - Her grave is to the right of Velma Mae Bemis.
