A longtime Fort Worth lawyer, Virgil Blow, 68, of 2708 E. Rosedale, died early Saturday at his home of a heart ailment.
He is survived by his wife; three sisters, Mrs. Ella Chaffin of Fort Meyers, Fla.; Mrs. B. B. Harris of Denton and Mrs. Frank B. Potter, wife of the U. S. district attorney here.
A native of Giles County, Tenn., Blow came to Texas about 50 years ago. He was a member of the Tarrant County and State Bar Associations and had practiced law here for the last 38 years.
He was a member of Polytechnic Masonic Lodge 925 and Polytechnic Methodist Church, where he sang in the choir and was a steward.
The body is at Meissner Funeral Home.
