Miss Isabella L. Weaver, 85, 1224 State, a descendant of one of Utica's pioneer families, died at her home Tuesday night, Jan. 23, 1940, after a brief illness.
Miss Weaver was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. William N. Weaver. Her father was alderman of the Second Ward for 25 years at the time when the city's leading families lived there.
She was one of the oldest members of Westminster Church, having joined 60 years ago. Until recently she was active in many of its societies.
