Funeral will be at 2 p.m. July 9, 1994, in the Sellwood Chapel of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Mrs. Weiss died of liver failure July 6, 1994. She was 61.

She was born Oct. 17, 1932, in Salt Lake City. Her maiden name was Ballegooie.

Mrs. Weiss had lived since 1952 in Portland, where she was a homemaker and a hospital volunteer.

Survivors include her sons, D. Mark of Redmond, Wash., and Matthew C. of Portland; daughters, Jessica Ann Kelly of Vancouver, Wash., Jeanette Lyn Deters of Westminister, Colo., and Constance D. Butterfield of Aurora, Colo.; sisters, Maxine Draney, Evonne McCauly and Wanda Christensen, all of Utah; brother, Jim Ballegooie of Utah; former husband, David S. Weiss of Utah; and 28 grandchildren.

Interment will be in Riverview Cemetey. Arrangements: Holman Funeral Service.
