Matthew Carl Weiss, beloved husband, father, brother, and uncle, passed away at his home in Battle Ground, WA. He valiantly fought cancer for 10 years with strength and conviction, to the very end.
He was deeply loved by his friends, family, and local business owners.
Matthew loved to take the time to learn the names of every person he met, and his friendships with those people meant the world to him.
He served a mission for the LDS church in Germany, and his Faith was paramount to his life.
Matthew is survived by his Eternal Companion, Laura Weiss, of Saratoga Spring, UT; and his five children, Christopher Weiss of Seattle, WA, Rachel Weiss, Jared Weiss, and Zachary Weiss of Battle Ground, WA, and Hayden Weiss of Saratoga Springs, UT.
Services were be held on Sat., Sept. 14th, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at 14809 NE 259th St., Battle Ground, WA 98604.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the LDS Mission Fund can be made at the funeral.
