Virtue Lenhart, 87, of North Charleroi, died Saturday, Sept. 22, 2012, in Calera, Ala. Born June 17, 1925, in Ellsworth, a daughter of Walter and Winifred Godfrey Davidson. Mrs. Lenhart was a member of the First Christian Church Charleroi. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, John and Evona Lenhart of Charleroi; a daughter and son-in-law, Dolores and George Cook of Calera, Ala.; a sister, Phyllis Rozik of Connecticut, five grandchildren, Tammy Casteel, Charlene Gaidos, James Gaidos, Keri Wilson and Kelly O'Brien; and eight great-grandchildren, Ryan, Austin and Ava Gaidos, Dacota and Olivia Casteel, Brianna and Derek Wilson and Nora O'Brien. She was preceded in death by her husband, John J. Lenhart in 1998; a daughter, Sheila Gaidos; and a sister, Fannie Davidson. Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 25, 2012, in the LEONARD M. PAVLIC FUNERAL HOMES INC., 235 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 26, in the funeral home with the Rev. Jim Linn officiating. Interment will follow in Monongahela Cemetery.
