Her Maid of Honor will be Aura Clark of the Rockford Senior High School faculty. His Best Man will be Stewart Brown, a civil engineer. She is a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority at the University of Illinois. He is a former student at the University of Illinois and a member of Alpha Kappa Lambda Fraternity.

Mary R. Haworth died on Wednesday, October 11, 1989 at Georgetown Hospital in the District of Columbia. Survivors included her son, Charles D. Haworth; a second son; one daughter and seven grandchildren. Arrangements were by The Arlington Funeral Home at 3910 North Fairfax Drive in Arlington. Interment was private.
