Mrs. Margaret Clore Dies
Native of Madison County Passes Away At The Home of Her Daughter Here
After a critical illness of one week, Mrs. Margaret Clore, aged 80, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Bernard Shelton, at 1715 Charles Street a 3 o'clock this morning. Mrs. Clore was a native of Madison County, but had been visiting her daughter here for some time.
Surviving Mrs. Clore are four daughters: Mrs. Francis Blankenbaker, of Alexandria, Mrs. McDuff Skidmore, of Alexandria; Miss Ruby Clore. of Spotsylvania, and Mrs. Bernard Shelton, of this city; three sons, William Clore, of Washington; Orville Clore, of Richardsville, and Edward Clore, of Spotsylvania.
Funeral services will be conducted tomorrow afternoon by the Reverend O. E. Sproell, of Washington, from Eley Ford Church, of which Mrs. Clore had been a member for many years. Interment will be made in the family burying ground at the home of James L. Clore. Mrs. Clore's grandchildren will be pall bearers.
