Funeral services for Mrs. Christine Arnold, 79, were held Sunday, May 27, 1984, at the Holland Church of Christ. Mr. Walter Lumpkin officiated.

Mrs. Arnold was born on December 25, 1904, at Huntingdon, Tenn., and died May 26, 1984, at thee Pemiscot County Memorial Hospital in Hayti.

Her husband, Guy Arnold, preceded her in death.

She leaves one daughter, Anna Wimberley of Steele;
One son, James E. Arnold of Little Rock;
Two brothers: Hulan Everett of Rector and Glenn Everett of Ferndale, Mich.; and
Four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Mitchell Fisher, Gary Bruton, Robert Jones, Eddie Jarboe, Herman Via, and Clifford Jackson.

Burial was in the Mt. Zion Cemetery in Steele with German-Aumon Funeral Home of Steele in charge of arrangements.
