MRS ELSIE W. PENDLETON of 31 Milford Street, died at 6:20 p. m. Saturday at the Binghamton City Hospital. She is survived by her husband; Leslie of New York City; three sons, Glenn of Chenango Bridge, Leonard and Roger, both of Binghamton; five daughters, Mrs. Albert Rafuse of Boston, Mass., Mrs. Elva Owen and Mrs. Nathan Turner, both of Binghamton, Mrs. Phillip Scouten of Windsor, and Miss Lucille Pendleton of Binghamton; two sisters, Mrs. Hattie Rockerfellow and Mrs. Charles Bell; a brother, Clayton Allyn, all of Warren Center, Pa.; and 10 grandchildren. The body was removed to the George H. Scholderer Home for Funerals, 269 Chenango Street, where friends may call this
