"Services will be held Thursday at 11 AM at the Lane Funeral Home Canfield Chapel for Mary Eleanor Brown, 94, of Boardman, formerly of Ellsworth who passed away Sunday evening in Greenbriar Care Center. Mary was born April 26, 1916 in Berlin Center the Daughter of Allen and Lettie (McConnell) Dickson. She was a lifelong area resident, a homemaker, loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and a member of the Ellsworth Presbyterian Church. Mary leaves two children; Larry (Donna) Brown of Berlin Center, JoAnn (Jack) Cline of Newburgh Indiana, four grandchildren; David (Sharri) Brown and Christine (Ron) Raubenstraw both of Canfield, Jodi Peters of Evansville, Indiana, and J.C. (Sara) Cline of Newburgh Indiana, 6 great grandchildren and one sister; Margaret Berry of Canfield. Mary is preceded in death by her husband Harold Brown, whom she married June 24, 1939, he passed away October 1, 2006. Besides her husband and parents, Mary is also preceded in death by a son Roger Brown, a daughter Margaret Brown and two brothers; Bob and Morris Dickson.
