Mrs. Lettie Dickson, 73, died Tuesday evening, Dec. 30, at her home in Salem, following a long illness due to complications. Born in Youngstown, May 3, 1885, she was a daughter of Samuel and Mary Wilson McConnell, and most of her life was spent in the Ellsworth area. Mrs. Dickson was a member of the Ellsworth Presbyterian church, Ellsworth grange, Extension Club and the Salem Historical Society. Surviving are her husband, Allen R. Dickson, whom she married June 21, 1911; two daughters, Mrs. Harold Brown of Ellsworth and Mrs. George Berry of Williamson, N. Y.; a son, Robert L. Dickson of Beloit; and seven grandchildren. A son, Maurice, preceded her in death. Funeral services, with the Rev. Emory G. Lowe officiating, were held Friday afternoon at the Ellsworth church, and burial made in the Ellsworth cemetery.
