Ruthe Farrell (Irgang) Feigh passed away 5 September 2012 of injuries sustained in a car accident on Highway 101.
Ruthe, as she loved to be called, was the youngest of three children born to Stephen Adam and Frances Eula Irgang in Arnett, Oklahoma on the sixteenth of November, 1931.
She grew up in San Bernardino, California, attended Arrowview Junior High School, and graduated from San Bernardino High School.
Ruthe's professional career involved working for the Aerospace Corporation, in El Segundo, California, as well as San Bernardino, as a purchasing clerk.
Ruthe, and her husband of 53 years, Ralph R. Feigh, moved to Lucerne, California, 36 years ago, where she became a dedicated member of the community. She was a long time active member of the Upper Lake Community United Methodist Church.
Although Ruthe's interests were varied, the main loves of her life were sewing, traveling, her dog, Foxy, and cooking. She was affectionately known within the family circle as the "World's Best Gravy Maker"
As we write this obituary, we are happy to know that she is now in the arms of her parents, Stephen and Eula, her brothers Vancil Irgang, and Gene Irgang, her step daughter, Roxanne White, and grandson Gerald White.
Our wife, mother, grand mother, and great grand mother, leaves to mourn her loss, her husband, Ralph Feigh, son, Raymond Feigh (Martine) , daughter Kathryn Lutes (Tracy),
Step daughters Deborah Shipton, Maralee Hunt, and Kristel Welcome, 10 grand children, as well as a number of great grand children, nieces and nephews

Santa Rosa, California
An elderly Lake County woman and her husband suffered
critical injuries when he apparently veered in front of
another vehicle Tuesday night on Highway 101 in Ukiah ....
The driver of the other car, Ukiah resident Maria Vega, also suffered
major injuries in the 8:55 PM crash, the CHP said ...
The collision occurred about half a mile north of North State
Street, when the 87 year old driver of a Toyota Camry changed
from the fast lane into the slow lane, and into the path of Vega's
Honda Accord, the CHP said ...
Vega braked, served right and drove off the east side of the
highway, authorities said ...
The Camry driven by the Lucerne man also drove off the road, and
both vehicles struck trees...
Firefighters had to cut the three people from the wreckage of their
cars...The Camry driver and his 80 year old wife were taken to Ukiah
Valley Medical Center and air lifted to John Muir Hospital in Concord,
the CHP said ..
She died of her injuries at the hospital, the CHP said.. Her husband was in
critical condition.. Their names were being withheld pending notification of
family members...
Vega was taken to UVMC and the flown to Queen of the Valley Hospital
in Napa, where she was in the intensive care unit... She was reported in
stable condition Wednesday afternoon, a hospital spokesman said ...
