Fred was a son of James A and Annie (Thompson) Shaw. Obit appears in Joplin Daily Globe for Tuesday, January 10, 1911, page 7, column 3. It indicates that his mother died about 10 days earlier and she is also buried at Miller Cemetery. Her name was not given, but death certificates for Fred Shaw and Anna Shaw give burial place as Miller Cemetery.
