Glo Ardelle Grosfield was born May 17, 1926, in Shelly, Minn., where she grew up and attended school. She graduated from Climax (Minn.) High School in 1944. On June 16, 1945, she married Alvin Berg in Shelly. In 1950 they moved to Fargo, where she worked for Starlight Drive In theater and Shakey's Pizza before retiring in 1976. He died in 1999.
She is survived by two sons, Alvin (Sharon), Richard, both Fargo; two daughters, Ruth (David) Stensland, Anne (David) Snyder, both Fargo; a brother, William, Milaca, Minn.; three sisters, Margaret Davis, Olympia, Wash., Dorothy Mjelde, Beltrami, Minn., Elizabeth Muhonen, Shelly; and eight grandchildren.
Visitation: Today from 3 to 8, with a prayer service at 7, in Korsmo Funeral Home, Moorhead.
Funeral: Thursday at 2 in Pontoppidan Lutheran Church, Fargo.
Burial: Sand Hill Cemetery, Climax.
