Julius Zoeller died at the Wamego City Hospital Friday, July 26, 1918, following an operation for appendicitis. The operation came too late, the cause of death being general peritonitis following a perforated gangrenous appendix.
Julius married Clara Weixelman on June 3, 1913, she survives at the home.
Funeral services were held at Flush Monday. Mr. Zoeller was 34 years of age.

Julius Zoeller passed away at the Wamego hospital, August (July) 26, 1918, after a short illness of appendicitis, aged 34 years and 4 months.

On June 3rd, 1913, he was married to Miss Clara Weixelman.

He leaves to mourn his loss, his wife, sixteen month old daughter, father, two brothers and four sisters all of whom were present except one sister, Minnie of Colorado.

Julius was a kind and loving husband and father. He was very ambitious and never complained. He was always ready to lend a helping hand to everyone.

A High Mass was held at St. Joseph's Catholic Church at Flush, Monday, August (July)29th, at 9 a.m. The services were conducted by Rev. Father Hundt of Wamego. The following were [allbearers, Robert Drauden, Philip Immenschuh, Frank Doll, Mike Umscheid, Louis Ebert, and Louis Doll.
