The death of Mrs. Fredricka Axt, occurred at her home in Milo township on Saturday, March 24th from complications brought on by old age. The deceased was 86 years of age, having been born in Germany on June 22, 1836. She came to this county when a young girl and was married to Ernest Axt, who proceeded her into the great beyond. They were among the old residents of Milo township, having made their home on the farm there for many years. She was a lady who was highly respected and esteemed by all, and was a kind Christian lady. She is survived by one son, Herman Axt.
Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at the home at 2 o'clock, Rev. O.G. Berg officiating, and interment was made in the Milo cemetery.
