Willis R. Benton, Retired Farmer, Dies Here Thursday

Willis R.Benton, 83, retired farmer, died Thursday at a hospital here. Survivors include five sons, Arthur Benton of Friendview, MO, Bob Benton of Joes, CO, Toy and Bush Benton of Little Rock and Willis Benton of Searcy, three daughters, Mrs. Edna Haney of Long Beach, CA, Mrs. Thedis Leach of Little Rock and Mrs. Jewel Gray of Bisbee, AZ, two brothers, Jess Benton of Searcy and Charlie Benton of Floyd and a sister Mrs. Nan Lewis of Oklahoma City. Services will be at Hart Church near Rose Bud at 2:30 Saturday by the Rev. J.H. Hartsell, burial will be at Hart Cemetery by Daniel Funeral Home.
