Bernice Foster
BERNICE FOSTER was born January 19, 1924, at Cloud Chief, Oklahoma. She has attended school at Cowden, Wynnewood, Foss and Hammon. Of all these places Hammon High is the best. She has a great desire to be a secretary and plans to attend college or take a business course. Her favorite song is "Yours," and her favorite hobby is horseback riding and taking pictures. Her ambition is to be a good housewife, after having been a successful secretary.
In December 1962 Bernice was living in/near Hammon, Oklahoma.
In 1971 Bernice married Homer Trout in Roger Mills County, Oklahoma.
In March 1992 Bernice was living in/near Clinton, Oklahoma.

Funeral services for Bernice Trout will be conducted Saturday, at 2 p.m. in the First Baptist Church of Hammon with Rev. James Medloff officiating. Burial will follow in the Red Hill Cemetery under the direction of the Martin Funeral Home.
Bernice Trout was born January 19, 1924 in Cloud Chief and died early Thursday at age 69. She graduated from Hammon High School and was married to Bennie Fesmire. He preceded her in death and she was married to Shelton Dick who also preceded her in death. Bernice made her home in Hammon most of her life. In 1990, she entered a nursing home in Clinton due to health problems. She was a member of the Red Moon Culture Club, the Garden Club and the First Baptist Church of Hammon.
Survivors include three sons: Wayne Fesmire of Williston, Florida; Jimmy Fesmire of Arapaho and Charles Fesmire of Helena; also three sisters, Merle Orgain of Hammon; Pauline Barnes of Oklahoma City and Emma Jean Armstrong of Elk City; one brother, Dale Foster of Sallisaw; 8 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
