Eddie Pauline Barnes was born June 30, 1928, at Cloud Chief OK to Logan and Willie (Hunt) Foster and passed away May 25, 2011, at the age of 82. She was raised in western Oklahoma before her marriage to Walter Dee Barnes on Nov. 25, 1943, at Cheyenne OK. They lived in Nebraska, Colorado, and Wyoming before moving to Oklahoma City in the early 1960's. Pauline worked with her husband in their trucking business and also was a secretary for National Livestock.

Mr. Barnes preceded her in death in 1981. She was also preceded in death by her parents, two sons, two sisters, and a grandson.

Survivors include her son Van Barnes of Elk City OK, daughter Linda Smith and husband Glenn of Blanchard OK, 10 grandchildren,
13 great-grandchildren, a great-great-granddaughter, sister Merle Orgain of Hammon OK, and brother Dale Foster of Sallisaw OK.

In December 1962 and in June 1993, Pauline was living in or near Oklahoma City. In May 2003 and in December 2005, Pauline was living in or near Bethany, Oklahoma.
