Death
In this city on the 27th instant, Aaron Divine, in the 83d year of his age. Mr. Divine was a native of Virginia; was a soldier in the War of 1812 and in all the relations and vicissitudes of his long life sustained an irreproachable character. He was esteemed by all who knew him for his sterling integrity and manly virtues. His remains were on Saturday last deposited in Oak Hill Cemetery at Georgetown, there to rest until the condition of the country will admit of their removal to his native Virginia where they will be finally placed in accordance with his earnest desire.
