Elizabeth T. Switzer
Mrs. Elizabeth Temperance Switzer, who had made her home with her two daughters since 1943, died at a hospital in Oroville Tuesday afternoon.
Mrs. Switzer was born in Arkansas on Nov. 9, 2869, and spent her early life there, moving to Shawnee, Okla., in 1901.
She moved to California later and spent a number of years residing in Oakland, and later had lived with her two daughters, Mrs. Grace Kossow of Durham and Mrs. Helen Goold of Watsonville.
In addition to her two daughtesr, Mrs. Switzer is survived by a son, Lewis Switzer, also of Durham and three grandchildren.
Mrs. Switzer, who was 90 years of age, was very active.
Funeral services will be conducted in the chapel of the Brusie Funeral Home at 11 a.m. Friday and burial will take place in Glen Oaks Memorial Park.
