Edwin C. Reinke, 80, of 214 Parkway Dr., Brillion, died Saturday at Theda Clark Memorial Hospital, Neenah, following a brief illness.

He was born Jan. 26, 1898, in the town of Rockland (Manitowoc County), a son of Albert and Wilhelmina Fischer Reinke. He married the former Leona Kleist on June 15, 1921, in the town of Rockland. The couple farmed in the town of Rockland until 1965 when they retired and moved to Brillion. Mrs. Reinke died July 11, 1976. He was a member of Faith United Methodist Church, Brillion.

Survivors include a son, Ronald of Reedsville; three grandchildren, and four sisters, Mrs. Bertha Piepenburg of Cedarburg, Mrs. Leonora Maechele of Port Washington, and Mrs. Hertha Bartz and Mrs. Irene Krueger, both of Brillion. A sister and three brothers preceded him in death.

Funeral services were held Tuesday at Faith Church, the Rev. Robert Gosset, pastor, officiating. Burial was in Community Cemetery.
