Age 81, died Monday June 25, at Calumet Medical Center, Chilton after a short illness. She was born October 22, 1908 in Rockland, daughter of the late Otto and Odelia (Reinke) Piepenburg. She married Milton Fischer September 6, 1941 in Rantoul.
She farmed with her husband in the Town of Rockland her entire lifetime. She was a member of Faith United Methodist Church, Brillion: The United Methodist Womens and the Brillion Senior Citizens.
Survivors include her husband, Milton; three daughters and sons-in-law: Florence and James Behnke, Brillion; Carol and Roger Matzke, Wrightstown; Ellen and Gary Mirkos, Fox Point; eight grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, a sister, Mabel Lau, Manitowoc; two brothers: Art Piepenburg, Chilton; and Harold Piepenburg, Reedsburg.
She was preceded in death by a sister and a brother.
Funeral service win be 11 a.m. Thursday at Faith United Methodist Church, Brillion with Rev. David Werner officiating. Burial in Cemetery. the Brillion Community Friends may call at the Wieting Funeral Home. Brillion from 4 until 9 p.m. Wednesday and from 8 until 9 a.m. Thursday, then at the church until the hour of service.
