In Memory of Alexander Stephens. He died March 15th 1813. Aged 87 years lacking 2 days. Born in England. He migrated to Pennsylvania early if life and was Captain in the first war for the Sovereign Rights of local self Government on the part of the People of the Several States of this Continent.
