RUSSELL JOHNSON DIES; FUNERAL TO BE IN MOBERLY
Russell Eugene Johnson, 52, died suddenly yesterday in Ogden, Utah. Born at Keytesville, he had lived in Moberly before going to Ogden 20 years ago. Mr. Johnson was a painter.
Surving are one son, Billy Eugene Johnson, Keytesville; two daughters, Mrs. Ronald Fitzpatrick, Salisbury and Mrs. Harold Howard, Kansas City; three sisters, Mrs. Ben Hollowell, Keytesville and Mrs. Edna Oswalt and Mrs. Daniel Eravi, Moberly; five brothers, Walter and Oscar, Burley, Idaho; Hubert (Herbert), Keytesville; Ollie, Burlington, Iowa; and Omer, Clifton Hill.
The body will leave Ogden by train at 9 a.m. Thursday and arrive in Moberly at 1:36 p.m. Friday. Visitation will begin at 7 p.m. in the Cater Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in the funeral chapel. The Rev. Kenneth Wilkinson, past of the Immanuel Baptist Church, will be in charge. Burial will be in Huntsville Cemetery.
