Miss Lizzie Reisdorff, second daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Reisdorff, died at the home of her parents in Polk county on Wednesday, April 27, of rheumatism which went to her heart. Funeral services were held at the Austrian Catholic church in the valley north of Shelby on Friday, April 29, Rev. Father Ress of Shelby, conducting the services. A number of relatives from and north of David City attended the funeral. Deceased was a sister of Mrs. John Thomas of this place, and a relative of the Reisdorff's living north of town.
