Mrs. Wade was a native of Hampton, Va., and the daughter of Mary Belle Richardson Crow, Elizabethton, and the late Eugene Thurman Crow, who died January 3, 1992.
Mrs. Wade had been a resident of New York since 1992. She was an employee of the Fleet Tax Processing Center in Kingston, N.Y., and had served in the United States Army from 1978 to 1984. She was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church in Highland, N.Y.
Survivors, in addition to her mother, include her husband, Tony Wade; two daughters, Angie Wade and Aly Wade, both of the home; and two brothers, William "Bill" Crow, Elizabethton, and Tom Crow, Brookville, Md. Several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews also survive.
Mrs. Wade will be returned to Elizabethton for funeral services and interment.
Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced later.
