Willie Frank "Bill" Crow, 51, 278 Blevins Hollow Road, Elizabethton, died Monday, September 2, 2002, at Sycamore Shoals Hospital.
Mr. Crow was a native of Carter County and a son of Mary Belle Richardson Crow, of the home, and the late Eugene Thurman Crow. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Patricia Wade.
Mr. Crow was employed by TPI as a sheet metal worker. He was a member of Moores Chapel Free Will Baptist Church, where he served as a trustee, usher, choir member and the Master's Men.
Survivors, in addition to his mother, include a daughter, Lucy Alys Crow, Elizabethton; a brother and sister-in-law, Tom and Kathleen Crow, Brookville, Md.; his former wife, Barbara Crow, Elizabethton; a brother-in-law, Tony Wade, Tilson, N.Y.; two nieces, Angelia Wade and Aly Wade; and two nephews, Nathan Crow and Ryan Crow.
Memorial Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

CROW -- Funeral services for Willie Frank "Bill" Crow, 51, 278 Blevins Hollow Road, Elizabethton, who died Monday, September 2, 2002, will be conducted at 8 p.m. Wednesday, September 4, at Memorial Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Keith Stockton and the Rev. Ernest Garland officiating. Music will be provided by the Moores Chapel Free Will Baptist Church Choir. Graveside services and interment will be conducted at 10 a.m. Thursday, September 5, in the VanHuss Cemetery. Active pallbearers, who are requested to assemble at the funeral home at 9:30 a.m. Thursday, will be Victor Bowman, Chuck Pierce, Richard Pierce, Ted Greene, Jimmy Church and Tim Cox. Honorary pallbearers will be Dan Crow, Tony Wade, Earl Richardson, Leonard Richardson and his church family. A special "Thank You" to the Staff and Nurses of ICU and 3rd Floor of Sycamore Shoals Hospital. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Friends may also call at the residence. To those who prefer, memorials may be made to the Building Fund of Moores Chapel Free Will Baptist Church, c/o Faye Pierce, 123 Low Gap Creek Road, Elizabethton, TN 37643. Family and friends will assemble at the funeral home at 9:30 a.m. Thursday to go to the cemetery. Condolences may be e-mailed to the Crow Family at [email protected].
