On Saturday, April 29th, 2023, our family unexpectedly lost our beloved father, Richard (Rick) Hamlin.
He passed away in his home in Denver, Colorado.
For those of you that had the joy of knowing him,
you knew that he was one of the most genuine, kind, and incredible men.
He was 64 years old and sadly left us way too soon.
Richard was born in Clinton, New York, on February 20th, 1959.
He attended Clinton Senior High School.
He was the only son of seven children from Donald and Helen (Monahan) Hamlin.
At a very young age, he knew he wanted to continue in the family painting business that his father and hero started, and he spent his life helping to make homes beautiful and smiling every day, just as his father did.
To honor his memory, family members and friends will have a celebration of life in Denver, Colorado,
and in Clinton, New York, with both the communities he loved so much.
We will post more information on the services soon.
