Mrs. Imogene Byrum, 73, died Tuesday in Parkview Nursing Home. She formerly lived at 245 Hoyt Ave., and was a retired Ball Brothers Co. employe. Born in Alexandria, she had lived in Muncie since 1928.
Mrs. Byrum was a member of Eastern Star 104, White Shrine of Jerusalem, and Glass Workers Union 93.
She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Evelyn Armstrong, Muncie, and Mrs. Eileen Cameron, Indianapolis; five grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
Friends may call at Parson Mortuary from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday and before services there at 1:30 p.m. Thursday. Major G. Howard Palomaki of the Salvation Army will officiate. Burial will be in Gardens of Memory.
