Funeral services for Bessie M. Belcher, 89, Valliant, were scheduled for 3 p.m. today in the Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church, with the Rev. Phil Holt officiating.
Mrs. Belcher died Saturday in the Valliant Nursinmg Home.
Born April 16, 1895, in Titus County, Tex., she had been a resident of the Valliant area since 1940, moving from Talco, Tex. She was a member of the Baptist church.
Survivors include two sons, Frebert Belcher of Sherman, Tex., and David Belcher of Jacksonville, Ill.; one daughter, Mrs. W. A. Cabell of Hawkins, Tex.; 12 grandchildren, and several great and great great grandchildren.
Arrangements and burial in Moran Cemetery are under the direction of Norwood Funeral Home of Idabel.
