Retired from Dickies after 25 years and moved to La Quinta. Was also a real estate broker. Served in the U.S. Army Army Air Corp. as a Staff Sergeant in Greenland in WWII. Third of six children of Charles Andrew Bonas and Mary Rose Rath Bonas. Moved to Los Angeles from Canada in 1933. Became a US citizen in 1942. Siblings are Jerome Victor Bonas, Genevieve Angeline DeuPree, Louise Anna DeuPree, Eugene James Bonas and Marie Marguerite Kraus, sll now deceased. Graduated Phi Beta Kappa with BBA from Woodbury College in 1951, at the age of 39. Passed away on 8-31-1995 from a valiant battle with Mesothelioma. Rest in Peace, Daddy.
