WOODLAND - Funeral services for Roland Evans Dale, 85, of Woodland, who died Friday night at the Clearfield County home will be held from the Nicholson Funeral Home at 2 p.m. Tuesday. Rev. David Reams will officiate. Interment will be in Bradford Cemetery.
Mr. Dale was born in Bradford Township August 4, 1869, a son of Edmund and Eliza Jane Dale. He spent all his life in the area and was a lumberman and farmer. He was a member of the Dales Methodist Church. His wife, Bertha Hoover Dale, preceded him in death.
Surviving are two brothers, Andrew C., Bloomfield, N. J.;
Ernest H., Wayne, Pa.; and a sister, Mary M. McDowell, Altoona.
Friends may call at the funeral home this afternoon and evening and until time of services.
