Rhea, 76, Ohio City, died at 8:10 a.m., at the Van Wert Inpatient Hospice Center.
She was the daughter of Sherman Glenn "Buck" Boroff and Edna Mae (Ayers) Fenton. On Sep, she married Paul W. "Rosie" Swander, who preceded her in death.
Surviving are three sons: Darrell E. (Diana "Deeter"), Ohio City, Tony A. (Lori), Rockford, and Paul G. "Tip" (Janeece Friesner), Van Wert; a sister, Mary L. Ries, Coldwater; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Deceased are three brothers: Edwin Glenn, Wiliam Earl and Donald E.
She was a 1954 graduate of Ohio City-Liberty High School and member of the Ohio City Church of God. She retired from Federal Mogul, Van Wert, in March of 1996.
Services will be at Cowan & Son Funeral Home, with Pastor Randy Bevington officiating.
