Corrine Fletcher Brandenburg 88, of Duncanville, passed away Monday morning August 6, 2012 in Arlington. Corrine was born in McNeil, Arkansas October 13, 1923 to James and Pearl Fletcher. Corrine was a charter member of the First Christian Church of Duncanville. She enjoyed painting and was a talented artist herself. She was also a member of the Duncanville Book Club that she enjoyed so much. Corrine is preceded in death by her husband James Brandenburg, daughter Earl Ann Robinson, both her parents, brothers; George, Lewis, Henry and Jack Fletcher, sisters; Shirley Brown and Marie Holtz. She is survived by sisters; Mary McMillan and Martha Fletcher and numerous nieces, nephews and loving friends. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Duncanville Fire Department. Visitation will be held on Wednesday evening, August 8, 2012 from 6-8 PM at David Clayton Funeral Home. Services will be held on Thursday August 9, 2012 at 10:00A.M. at the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow at Little Bethel Memorial Park in Duncanville.
