Mr. Kizer was born Feb. 6, 1894 in Springfield, IL., and resided there until his marriage to the former Miss Iota Smith, Oct. 20, 1913, in Chicago. Besides his wife, survivors include three sons, Charles E. Kizer Jr. and Robert Kizer, both of Benton Harbor, Paul Kizer of Newark; Ohio; a daughter, Mrs. Frank (Marguerite) Bussemeier of Benton Harbor; eight grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
