Helen Andreuzzi, 87, of Las Vegas, passed away Tuesday, June 28, 2011 at Silver Sky Assisted Living in Las Vegas, NV. Mrs. Andreuzzi was born in Woodbridge and had previously lived in Fords before she moved to Las Vegas two years ago. She was employed by Bell and Howell in Woodbridge as a project controller for many years before retiring in 1986. She was a member of Our Lady of Peace RC Church, Fords, Our Lady of Peace Altar Rosary Society, Our Lady of Peace Columbiettes and the Hopelawn VFW Post 1352 Lady's Auxiliary.
She was predeceased by her husband Albert Andreuzzi in 2000. She is survived by her son Charles and his wife Aelene Nemeth of Las Vegas, NV, her daughter Patrica and her husband Ronald Veres of Woodbridge, her brother John Kovacs of Nashau, NH, six grandchildren, Eric and his wife Lydia Veres, Aaron and his wife Michell Veres, Ronald and his wife Lisa Veres, Scott Nemeth, Tracy Farley, Jennifer and her husband Dave Hahn and sixteen great grandchildren,
Funeral services will be held Wednesday 10:00 am at the Mitruska Funeral Home, Inc., 531 New Brunswick Ave., Fords, followed by a 10:30 am Mass in the Our Lady of Peace Church, Fords. Interment will follow in the St. James Cemetery in Hopelawn. Visitation hours will be held Tuesday from 4 - 8 pm. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital , 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1942.
