Surviving are his widow, four daughters, Mrs. Clara Lynch, Miss Lucy Haas, Mrs. Irene Poppelman and Mrs. Florence Hall, two brothers, John Haas; and Landlin Haas, two sisters, Mrs. Frances Fox and Mrs. Mary Hanlon. all of Racine; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
He was born in Pottsville, Penn.. and came to Racine county with his parents When he was four years old.
He farmed all his life until eight years ago when he retired and came to Racine to live.
The funeral will he held Wednesday morning at 8:30 from his home and at 9 o'clock from St. John's Catholic Church.
Burial will he in Holy Cross Cemetery. The body Is now at Bayerman's Funeral Chapel and will be taken to his home Wednesday afternoon where friends may view it after 3 o'clock.
