Thomas, W. Va. - Mrs. Sylvia B. Paugh, 66, died Friday at her residence in Clarksburg.

She was born May 7, 1902 in Gormania, a daughter of the late Mervin and Grace (Bosley) Shambaugh.

She is survived by her husband, Clarence G. Paugh Sr.; five daughters, Mrs. Gloria J. Sisler, Thomas; Mrs. Iris J. Whitehair, Horseshoe Run; Mrs. Rachel G. Bonner, Bayard; Mrs. Martha L. Short, Columbus, Ohio; and Mrs. Sharon Sims, Ft. Ritchie, Md.; two sons, Marvin H. Paugh, Ridgewood, N.Y.; and Clarence G. Paugh, Jr. , Clarksburg; three sisters, Mrs. Sadie Verley, Nutter Fort; Mrs. Audria King, Bayard; and Mrs. Louise Knotts, St. George; two brothers, Ray Shambaugh, Suitland, Md.; and SFC Mervin Shambaugh, Ft. Eustis, Va.; and 12 grandchildren.

The body is at the Duncan Funeral Home.

Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday by Rev. Harry Atzenhofer, with interment in Rose Hill Cemetery.
