In his last years, he was known as sde on the AzBilliards forum. He was a pioneer of live streaming within the billiards industry. On the streams, he was known as Mi_Billiards and sde.

Steve will be missed by many from all around the world.

Steven David Elzinga, age 63, of Wyoming, passed away Friday, April 13, 2012 at home under the loving care of his family.

The son of David Elzinga, he was born on March 24, 1949 in Muskegon and worked as a delivery driver for 15 years.

Survivors include his daughter, Jennifer Elzinga of Kentwood.

Honoring his wishes, cremation will take place.

Arrangements were entrusted to the Michigan Cremation Company, Grand Rapids.
