Services for Philip C. White, 78, of Madison, will be 2 p.m. Wednesday in Trinity Lutheran Church in Madison with the Rev. Martin L. Russert of Norfolk officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest memorial Park Cemetery at Norfolk.
The body will lie in state Tuesday, 4 - 9 p.m., at Resseguie Funeral Home in Madison.
He died Sunday morning in a Norfolk hospital.
