Scarlett Lee Webb Whaley, age 68 of Manchester, Tennessee and former Indiana resident, passed away on Friday, December [1]7, 2010 at her home.
She had retired as a Customer Service Representative with Lilly Industrial Coatings and was born on March 24, 1942 in Bedford, Indiana to her parents, the late, William Kenneth Webb, Sr. and Idabelle B. Lee Webb. She was of the Methodist Faith.
She is survived by her loving husband, Donald E. Whaley of Manchester, TN; son, Darren S. Whaley of Plainfield, Indiana; sisters, Diana Wilkinson (Gary) of Shelbyville, IN, Rolande Burch of Crawfordsville, IN and Margaret P. "Peg" Broyer (George) of Mooresville, IN; brother, William Kenneth Webb, Jr. of Elwood, IN; Donna Hermon, Wanda Davis, Brenda Dupler, Paula & Debby Brown and many of her card playing friends; and a host of other relatives and friends.
No local visitation or service is scheduled for Manchester, TN. The Funeral Service will be conducted at the Carlisle & Son Funeral Chapel in Mooresville, IN with burial to follow at the White Lick Cemetery in Mooresville.
